Hrm, well, over all, I think it's really nice. :3 I love the composition, and the over all idea.

If anything, I would say that the guys upper arm, the bicep? area, might be a tad too thick? compared to his forearm. And I think the lady's arm may be too long. I can't be a 100% on that, because I'm not totally sure where her hips are, I can only assume. But from the looks of it, with her arm bent, it's reaching where it should if it was straight. Especially if her back is arched like that, it should actually be shorter.

Nothing else really hits me as overly off. And the issues I'm seeing don't really kill the piece either. I like how his hair feels wet, and hers is so fluffy. The two are a great contrast to each other.
